The Walking Dead has been off the air for months now and I still cannot stop thinking about it. Surely a sign of quality television. Between the sword-wielding zombie ninja and the news of The Governor playing a prominent roll Season 3 is set to be drastically different than the first two.
And now we have our first look at David Morrissey on set as the Governor.

Comic creator Robert Kirkman spoke about Morrissey in the role:
The Governor in the show is definitely going to be The Governor in the comic. I think that he’s definitely going to be a character that people love to hate and are absolutely entertained by, but also somewhat terrified of. He’s definitely going to be a very important character and a very nuanced character. We are not going to be watering him down.
The Governor of course is, according to the comic, one of the most ruthless villains ever created in the history of storytelling. So things are about to get very interesting on the show.
Don’t miss The Walking Dead season three premiere, this fall on AMC.
