HBO’s hit drama Boardwalk Empire is returning for it’s 3rd season on September 16th at 9PM. Boardwalk Empire was renewed for a third season in October 2011 as it’s season finale hit season high viewership. After a thrilling conclusion to season 2, Nucky Thompson (Steve Buscemi) and the rest of the gang will be attempting to make Atlantic City the premier location for entertainment and illegal alcohol. Not much is known about the specifics on what to expect from the new season as a trailer has yet to be released but we look forward to future announcements.
